Inspirations. Todd Owyoung
If I had a penny for every time someone asked me which photographers I follow I could by dozens of…sweets! Seriously though, I don’t follow photographers, I follow photos. If there is a particular lighting, look or composition that makes me go “wow” then I am a big fan of that photo but not necessarily the photographer. There are exceptions of course. When it comes to Photography in general then I love Annie Leibovitz’s work. When we are talking about Music Photography then it has to be American Photographer Todd Owyoung.
If you have time, check out his website WWW.ISHOOTSHOTS.COM. The site itself is modest but the photos are eye popping! Currently, he has uploaded photos from a recent Coldplay gig. He consistently gets brilliant results which makes him someone I aspire to.
I agree, Todd is one of the photographers who I regularly check back at his blog, but only the only one who hasn’t made it onto my blog list. His photos are amazing plus he’s willing to share knowledge, always a bonus
